Shamsul is the founder of Capshine and brings over 25 years of experience in advising businesses, from small start-ups to million-pound turnover companies. As an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a holder of a Master’s degree in Business Finance from the University of Manchester, his credentials are well-established.

Before founding Capshine in 2014, Shamsul worked at a prestigious London-based accountancy firm, specialising in tax-efficient strategies for entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses. He has significant expertise in expatriate tax matters, making him a trusted advisor for complex individual and corporate tax returns.

Today, Shamsul serves as a board member for several companies across various sectors. He is passionate about building long-lasting relationships with clients and providing tailored solutions for their business and tax needs.

Recognising the unique challenges faced by emerging industries, Shamsul has a particular interest in advising social media influencers and content creators. His guidance helps clients optimise their finances while navigating the complexities of their profession.

Outside of work, Shamsul enjoys playing badminton and cherishing time with his four young children—a fulfilling yet energetic balance!
